The booklets I received were gorgeous, precisely as I designed them. Sadly, however, some of them arrived a bit damaged probably due to shipping issues. I advise to use softer packages to better isolate the products.

Excellent printing service and for an amazing price! The website is really easy to use to make whatever you need to print and all instructions are clear. The delivery is about two weeks which I think is quick and the end results reached up to my standards. Will use again!

I hadn't factored in the Easter holiday dates when I ordered. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to make sure the unfortunate tight turnaround happened & the order arrived on the deadline. I'm grateful for that. The only very minor issue was the cover. The proof shows the two woman with peachy caucasian skin which is what my file has. For some reason the end result gave them a more reddish (darker) hue. None of the recipients minded, but I'm unsure if I should have lightened the original to an almost pale complexion so a darker result would've been more natural looking.

Easy to use, delivers as advertised, great pricing

Easy to upload and review a perfect bound annual report for a small charity. The file checking by a member of staff gives additional confidence to a largely automated process. Fast turn round and competitive prices made this an easy choice for our second annual report with Mixam. Will be back next year.

Mixam were competitively priced, and after a test print run, I decided to go ahead and place an order. I was pleased with the result, although one of the books had a large scratch across the front cover. The outer box was undamaged, so I can only assume it occurred when either being laminated or packaged. A choice of endpapers would be nice (instead of just stock white) but overall, a good quality book and excellent value for money. Perhaps just a little more care when packing orders is needed. Update: I was promptly contacted by Mixam customer service who have kindly offered to either reprint or refund for the damaged copy. Review upgraded to five stars!

This was my first attempt at compiling and printing a book and Mixam made it so easy and then delivered a fantastic quality book which more than met my expectations. I'll be back.
