The only frustration regarding the service was the initial call to your multi car option. I was put through to an automated Q&A system which was slow and needed several attempts by myself to input or literally shout at the phone as it often said it hadn't heard me. In the end it couldn't find my details and put me through to an advisor anyway. 15 minutes of my life I wont get back! Once I could speak with an actual human being it all went perfectly. Get rid of these useless bots!!
