We discovered that the lowest cover level allowed recovery to the drivers' choice of destination, but only within 10 miles. ( Not identified on the description in the "Add on" options list ) I therefore opted for full recovery. All other queries answered and text confirmation of policy renewal received straight away. The virtual assistant at the start was better than some, although I am not a fan. Generally a good experience and would recommend Lancaster Insurance.

Only let down was the AI? which could neither hear me, understand me, or find the policy and so gave up and connected me to an agent. I had a lot of changes to make this year after bereavement, retirement and vehicle requirements. Spoke to Connie who patiently worked through it all in a very diligent and cheerful manner, and was a pleasure to deal with. I should knock a star off for the irritating AI but thanks to Connie who rescued me from the robot and cheered me up for the day I will leave it at 5 stars.
