After waiting through the standard prerecorded messages about insurance products etc. I got answered by Emma who was very helpful & set up the next year's Policy. Quite fast & smooth for renewal & all was done in about 10 minutes. How Lancaster Insurance would perform if l needed to claim or deal with them in any other capacity, l do not know but they got my business for another year, at a reasonable cost. So on this basis, l awarded them the 5 Stars.
