Most helpful in every respect but !!! getting there to speak to a member of staff. 8 minutes and 35 seconds to get through the automatic ????? answering service was a complete total absolute nightmare. Never experienc3d this in 3 years I have had a policy with you !! Sorry but your system needs a total review. I chose to renew as a consequence of previous experience and your bulletins which I find interesting. I was offered less costly alternatives but due to the above decided to stay with you. Sorry most disappointing hope you can get back on track !!

Thankfully I’ve never had to make a claim, so cannot comment on how good or otherwise the claims procedure is. The renewal procedure is a bit cumbersome - the on-line system didn’t work, then the telephone system took quite some time going through recorded messages, then further “important information” from the call handler. I suppose all technically necessary nowadays for compliance, but a bit of a pain!
