Very good service, renewal over telephone. Minor criticism which can apply to many such services, the operator was speaking very quickly from a pre-prepared script which was hard to follow. As an individual she was excellent.

I was contacted by letter and phone before the insurance expired. For the first time in ages, the annual premium had not gone up. It was easy to renew over the phone. However, one only knows if the insurance is any good if one has to make a claim. I hope I don’t have to do that!

Lancaster have always provided a good service, friendly, professional and polite. Two criticisms; the computerised identification system is clumsy, time consuming and infuriating. why can't someone just ask you who you are?? second, the hold music is, if anything, even worse - it is just a short phrase of cimputerised drivel on a loop which repeats every few seconds - after 10 minutes or so you lose the will to live.
