Company sent me a message regarding a recent order, I was indicated via email that I had to login into my account on their website to view this message (I don't have an account and purchased as a guest) Worried about a deadline I needed to make that this purchase was intertwined with, I messaged them inquiring to see when it was going to be shipped or what their initial message had said....No response. Since then, I've made 3 subsequent requests for details about their message and my order Stay away

Short story, after 2 weeks of my order not shipped it took 3days to talk to someone (via phone and email). After talking to her it took another 3 days. From the day they took the money out of my account it took 29 days to get here. When it got here the pallet looked in bad shape. After inspecting all I found was a minor damage to the rubber roof. When we went to install the fiber glass siding we unwrapped it found a 4 inch hole thru half the roll. Made contact with rv parts nation via phone and sent all the photos to them via email. Still yet to hear from them to get this resolved. Just ordered the siding from there competitors and it has already shipped. Rv parts nation is a little cheaper but not worth the headaches.

i get no response after several phone calls. No one answers the phone and no one returns my calls. I need to know the status of my order # 38709 and why it is NOT shipped yet. Thank you M Solanki

I purchased two items on June 26. I received confirmation of my order and then no further communication from them as to shipping or tracking. As of today July 28 I have not received any response from my numerous voicemails and emails concerning this. I am having to open a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. Online it showed that they have permanently closed. Look elsewhere for your item. I’ve wasted a full month and have not received the item and they’ve had my money.

ordered a furnace, they refuse to respond, refuse to update order but they took the money from my account. Filed a complaint with my bank and they will deal with it. DO NOT use them!

I ordered a fan from RV Parts Nation, which was supposed to ship within one week. After 10 days, I sent a message through their website inquiring as to when they expected the fan to ship. I heard nothing. After another 8 days, I sent another message asking for an estimate of when the fan would ship, even if the answer was "I don't know." I heard nothing. 3 weeks after placing my order, I ordered the fan from another vendor and then called and messaged RV Parts Nation to cancel my order. The order was canceled that day and a refund was credited to my card within a few days.

I have been trying to make a purchase thru RV Parts Nation that requires a shipping quote for almost two weeks. Have left multiple messages and emails with no response. I have gotten multiple robo type emails offering a discount to complete the purchase in my cart but am unable to due to no real response from company. Very frustrating and has stalled my project.

Your system let me order the part even though you didn't have any in stock. You charged my card before you shipped the part, then you had to refund my money.

Ordered over a week ago and haven’t heard a thing. No shipping confirmation, no receipt, nothing. They did take my money though. Hoping this place isn’t a scam

I thought the item was in stock But it took a long time to ship. I expected to have it by now.

I paid for express shipping, but did not received my order for 14 days. I emailed them and never received an answer. However, the next day my order was changed from awaiting shipment to shipped and arrived within 3 days of that. Great product but not impressed with customer interaction and ship times.
