Unprofessional, unorganised, rude

on going poor service experts not paid on time premex staff frequently dealy passing solicitors instructions and then press experts to catch up lost time Poor IT system - Vu-portal frequently has delayed instructions Mid management in Premex do not accept any criticism of the above and hence poor performance continues

Sorry for being unreliable because of the mental issues. Thanks for being such patient to me, and thanks DR Rahman, she was very kind and caring.

Appointment was prompt near to my home. All good cannot complain.

Very poor service

Travelled for over an hour, taking time off work for a consultation. The expert barely said anything and asked only questions I'd answered, in detail, on numerous occasions before. He examined my damaged knee for a second or two, saying only "it's stable". Whole meeting lasted 10 minutes at the most.

Not a easy place to go to but once we saw our Dr he done the review and gave us our observation took the history and made us aware of the situation .happy we dnt need to visit far again

I had 2 appointments. Dr Hughs. Rough apoointment. Condesending, misleading and uncomfortable. Was bad for my mental health. 1 star. Psychology appointment. Dr Lewis. Wonderful. How a Great Dr should be. So 5 stars for Dr Lewis. Comfortable and I left feeling positive.

Delivered on time curteous and aced washer exactly where I asked also advised me about transit bolts + polystyrene internal packing g.

You did what you said you were going to do . You would have got five star if you had contacted me as you said you were going to let me know once you sent the file to ashons

Very good orthopedic consultant accurate report sent to my solicitor immediately. Only downside was travelling from Norwich to Woodbridge Suffolk for 15 minute appointment, however very punctual and Mr Tim Brammar commented why my appointment couldn't be nearer to Norwich.

Staff were very welcoming and informative too. Dr listened to my concerns too.
