Great service

Very courteous and lovely man. Very thorough and unhurried appointment. Totally put me at ease.

The service is ok but the process is too long. The consultant I saw at QMC treatment center was very thorough and professional. Better than the doctor who I saw at the beginning of this and had no idea that I'd broken my hand.

Having had to change my appointment several times, due to circumstances out of my control. I found you were very accommodating & understanding, changing my appointment to various locations within my driving distance.

I found Premex to be very sufficient and good with doing their job. I found they were very good with replying to emails. Good company

To start with the specialist I had appointment with was amazing. But very big BUT to get appointment was very hard and I end up using 2 trains and 2 bus just on one way and wasting 2 hours for 15 minutes appointment

Kept in contact with right up til my appointment and was made to feel very welcome when I arrived

I went for a 1 to 1 at spire in Washington with a doctor I live 30 to 40 minutes away so was a long way to travel THEN the doctor lost the peice of paper so I had to back again,which I found slightly unprofessional and I still haven't had word on my claim etc.
