Have had no problems with premex as a medical agency. Physiotherapist was very thorough. Letters arriving on time. Asked all the relevant questions. (Just massive problems actually processing my claim/having to chase things up with my solicitors ‘Minster Law’!! 👎🏻)

Had a query about a report spoke to them and everything was explained very clearly.

The instructions and the consultant were very good.

Good communications, especially 1-to-1 admin, though eventual exam was a bit superficial

The Dr I met was very personel and good. He listened to me and my issues since the accident in great detail

Appalling. These so called medical experts are negligent in their duties regarding who they partner with, and who they reccomend. I am currently involved in a workplace injury claim with a team of lawyers, and we have been waiting now for two months for the incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional and non responsive "orthopedic examiner" that Premex recommended to send his medical report. The whole claim has stalled because of Premex partnering, and reccomending this appalling doctor. Avoid if you can.

Very lovely consultant, however I felt rushed in my responses. He was using dictator phone which didn’t allow me to speak. Report shows this.
