Never called back when you said you would. Passage of information was zero. Wouldn't it be easier to call someone to cancel an appointment rather than email. I live in a house not an office. The manner of your management needs a lot of work. I could go on.

I am a 73 year old woman , so made notes to remind myself what I wanted to say , I wasn’t aloud to look at my notes , hence I forgot to say and ask things , I felt really uncomfortable And was suffering with a infected wisdom tooth. ,not once did he ask me how I was , he also said he was a barrister which put me under pressure, I felt really uncomfortable

I saw Priya and she has changed my life for the better. Having someone explain why they're doing something makes a lot of sense on how things are linked together. Times the treatment was quite painful but afterwards the benefits were worth it and I'm so grateful to now have the tools to improve my fitness levels.
