Files left on system and not attended to. Had to chase to get things moving in my case. Been over the admitted time and still waiting for things to develop now.

I think the service is amazing

Premex have been used by my solicitors Irwin Mitchell throughout my ongoing personal injury claim for an accident and have been pretty poor the entire 3 years, chopping and changing appointments without notice and currently I've been waiting over 8 weeks for my most important possibly final medical report for my chronic pain management assessment, as according to the woman they arranged my appointment with she's awaiting payment from the still so she won't release the report until then! Absolutely pathetic, my entire claim is on hold waiting for this report, and more distressingly my treatment she urgently recommended that I have is on hold until the report comes through too.

Your systems are taking far too long. The Doctors Secretary and I sorted out the appointment in days where it was taking you lot months. Would not, under any circumstances, recommend your Company. I need NO instructions from Premex on how to write a review

The location was nice & clean aswell as being local was easy to find also Dr.kumar was nice & friendly.

Waitied so long for an appointment to suit me they give appointments that take over one hour to get and now I’m waiting nearly a month for the final report. The service received was not acceptable even though many time I told them I had other commitments and yes I understand that they need to give first available but they need to understand a persons individual circumstances

The biggest thing in my mind was I felt I was listened to. and I was treated with the upmost respect . I also felt that they were very thorough.

When contacted, in excess of a 30 minute wait, lack of communication, not just between myself and agents but also between my solicitor and premex. Repeated accident / incident forms sent out, after I had ready filled in at least 3 and sent them back. This continued for several months , contacted solicitor and she told me to ignore them as she had her copy. However this still continued for several months. Lack of updates. Called last week to see if my medical report had come back , was told it was due on 2/10/23. As yet have not recieved an update as to whether it has been received or an estimate of how much longer this process is going to take

The telephone service is excellent, when you phone this company. The queue to talk to someone is short and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Mr Richard Scott-Watson, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, was reassuring, knowledgeable and thorough with his investigation into my claim.
