On the day of my appointment, I arrived early in plenty of time for my early morning time slot. I was greeted by a very pleasant and efficient receptionist. The next person I met was to be my assessor. An elderly well built man. He approached then turned suddenly walking back toward the room he had come from. I can honestly say I should of realised from his manner, this wasnt going to be a pleasant experience.He was the most disrespectful. Obnoxious. Arrogant. Dismissive. Self important. Condesending.selfrightious, ignorant, horrible excuse of a man. I have ever had the great misfortune to meet. Let alone had to speak to. He was had me in tears in the first ten minutes of my assessment. I stopped a number of times and said to him I think we are having a few problems. He treated me with total disregard. The obvious emotional state he had put me in.Talking at me like I was a child.I am 55 years of age. And raising his voice and tone telling me he wanted one word answers to his questions. So I did as he demanded. And then when he had finished. He rolled his eyes and said to me. Are you taking your ball home. I said I beg your pardon. He said you not playing anymore. So your taking your ball home. It was at this point, I realised it wasnt me with the mental health issues anxiety and depression. I think he needs serious evaluation. I stood up and left in tears. The most really horrible experience ever, I had to sit and gather my thoughts and get myself together, for 15 minutes in my car, before I was okay to drive home. And when I got home, I called my solicitor to report my horrific upsetting experience to them. Disgusting behaviour toward another human being. No compassion what soever.

The company work quickly and effectively to select a qualified individual who can aid in helping you recover in the fastest time possible. Unfortunately, they lack flexibility in the centres they choose for their gp and consultant appointments. Like most organisations based in large urban centres, they fail to understand the problems caused by limited public transport in rural areas of the country. A distance of 15 miles may take upwards of 2-3 hours each way, including a number of service changes: completely inappropriate for the elderly or those with limited mobility. I tried to raise this with them but they were simply fixated on the mileage involved. I found this immensely disappointing.

Efficient appointment process and was seen on time at a venue within 10 miles of my home. Medical expert was thorough and took time to find out about my circumstances and the event. Felt that he had treated me fairly and understood my concerns. Would have given 5 stars except that I am still waiting for sight of the report after almost 3 weeks - this could be delay on solicitor’s part.

I originally attended an appt.on 6th August 2023 at 12noon with a Dr.Pitman. Upon arrival I discovered I had to pay to park my car via a QA coded payment, something I had not encountered previously. Not knowing what to do I sought the Receptionist, whom I hoped would advise me. There was no one in the reception area. I waited for approx 10 mins; when a young man came in, also looking for a receptionist. I asked if he could help me with my car parking fee & he was very obliging. Following this we both waited for a further 15 minutes. Then another man arrived to take the first gentleman away. Before they left he showed me a telephone number on a small card, and suggested I call it. So I keyed in the numbers on my mobile phone. Immediately the telephone on the reception desk began ringing. I allowed it to continue ringing in the hope it might also be ringing on a different extention. I had just decided to terminate the call when a young woman came from the lift. She went to pick up the phone, but I explained that I had been the person phoning that particular number. She apologised for her absence, saying she had been 'on her break'. When I relayed to her the details of my appointment, she advised me that Dr. Pitman was not expected there on that day. As you can imagine, I was understandably annoyed, given the way in which events had occurred. I telephoned your offices only to be told the appointment had been cancelled by Dr. Pitman and another had been made for the following month. I had not been contacted with the new date. So my annoyance was increased at having made an unnecessary journey and been forced to pay for a minimum of two hours parking for no good reason. So I attended the second appointment at the appropriate time, again having to pay for a minimum 2 hours parking. The young lady receptionist showed me to a waiting area on the first floor and advised that Dr.Pitman would come to 'fetch' me, when he was ready. I waited patiently for 20 mins. But no one came. I went back downstairs to the reception desk where the young woman assured me that Dr. Pitman was definately renting a room in the building and would 'fetch' me from the waiting area, when he was ready. I went back up to the first floor waiting area, and had just sat down when my mobile phone rang. The woman on the phone told me she was phoning from Premex and wanted to know why I hadn't attended the appointment made for me with Dr. Pitman. I said that was nonsense as I was actually at the address and had been waiting for three quarters if an hour. The woman was irritated and was in the process of telling me I was obviously not where I was claiming to be, when a middle aged man opened a door on the opposite side of the waiting area. I asked if he was Dr. Pitman, he answered that he was and then asked me for my name. I explained I was speaking on the phone, to someone from Premex, who was claiming that I had not attended my appt. He said I should have been on time. I said I had been waiting for three quarters of an hour, which could be verified by the receptionist who had signed me in. This is the reason I have rated my review just 3 stars and I feel that was generous!!

Postage was a bit slow, but probably not your fault. Tracking said they had tried to deliver twice but had an excuse of weather conditions were so bad they couldn't get through, weather was dry light wind and clear so don't know why no delivery. Day two it was due another lame excuse as to why it couldn't be delivered , eventually dropped off on the third day which in reality was the first time they came do deliver.
