Slow in gathering records and scheduling medical assessment. Communication wasn't too bad.

No discussion about accessibility of location offered. Several cancellations/appointments going later and later over period of months. The car accident was nearly 2.5 yrs ago. I heard nothing about the ENT appointment then it arrived for the period I said I could not attend. Poor service from DLG and Premex. Very dissatisfied.

The doctor arrived late for the appointment (no apology) was very dismissive and 6 weeks later... still no report reviewed.

Okay expensive and did not use report!

My appointment time, location, day etc changed 3 times. When I went to location ( which was an hours drive away from my home) I wasn’t even down for the appointment. I couldn’t believe it when the receptionist told me. The doctor still saw me but didn’t know anything about me or my injury and everything was written on a piece of paper, not inputted into computer like the ‘video’ shows you.
