I had medical weeks ago still have waiting for report

Simple easy to understand appointment

Lovely and polite team. I met Dr Ben and it was such a smooth and clear appointment. Brilliant service

Constantly having to.fill out consent forms on line for you not to pass the info on to the required people then signatures for yhose forms expire and have to.repeat ot all again. Signed last forms to be sent to an independent doctor to reassess. Turned up.to the appointmemt 2 months later to be told he still didnt have the forms you should have sent for him to review.

Absolutely awful company to deal with, information they have passed on to other professionals is all incorrect. In the 4 years they have been dealing with my daughters claim I have dealt with 5 different case handlers and not one of them can answer my questions. Most helpful person I’ve spoken with is the receptionist

The only thing I think could be better is to send a short message to the person to inform them when the report has been sent to the acting lawyers. Apart from that everything went smoothly for my 2 medicals with the specialist.
