The man I saw shed light on what could happen in the future, which was something I hadn’t considered probably because of the emotional state I’m still in. He was kind and understanding.

I was sent to a specialist dentist after an accident. Everything was explained clearly to me. Overall experience was excellent.

I didn’t like the locations of the appointments. They were expensive to get to. I had to see a surgeon in London who took little notice of anything I said, saw me for five minutes in which he talked down to me, told me my scars were irrelevant and he later wrote an inaccurate report in which he belittled my trauma and the long term effects it had on my life. Unimpressed. The other specialist I saw was a complete contrast. She was very attentive, she listened and she is the only reason I gave you three stars.
