I had my appointment which was ok, however I received an email informing me that my case was on hold due to me not attending my appointment. this was quit upsetting as the process has taken a long time.

Finding the place was hard . Not very clear. Doctor was nice. Waiting time was ok. Parking was good.

stupid app which doesn't slow you to speak to a person. Appointments just arranged with no options and when you do try to change it the automated process is a nightmare. Have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a report from a specialist and follow up appointments - not heard a thing. Contacted Insurance company who have just said they are waiting for Premex. Rubbish process and Rubbish service

I experienced so many delays. Getting answers to emails took a long time and then I would receive an email making a request when I had already informed them that it has been sorted. Very exasperating. I can only say when I have made phone calls the customer service advisers were all polite.

Good service

Setting the appointment date was straightforward and the location most convenient. I was sent a form to complete in advance of the meeting. However it was in PDF format which means having expensive software to edit it or printing and completing by hand then imaging and email. Not good. In the event I redid the form in a standard format and emailed it to your staff who had requested it. However, when I arrived for the appointment the consultant had not received the information and we had to start from scratch.
