Great at making appointments but terribly slow at getting results and reports back…so far we’re at 10 weeks and waiting…

Took me over an hour and half to get too, so not that close to where I live, would never had found it unless my husband had not taken me.Once at the place, receptionist very friendly, polite consultant, just asked a few question and out in 15 minutes.

Changed appointment at last minute, didn't listen in the appointment and made me feel like I was only to answer the few questions he had to ask and not mention anything outside of that

I had a check up with the consultant who was sending me for a ct scan for my back and hands over two months ago . I have heard nothing, I have an appointment with a phycological doctor but I have not been contacted,my accident happened last May one year and three months ago,please can somebody do something!

I found the whole experience to be very easy and very professional

Premex appointed a lovely Doctor to examine my arm which was mauled by a dog a year ago. He was professional but also sympathetic.

Poorly signposted building, lots of overgrown foliage made it difficult to see the location. Waited 30 minutes past appointment time for Doctor to arrive. When I called Premex to enquire as to the location of the Doctor, the phone rang for ages before anyone answered, and I was calling at 09:50am on a weekday.

still waiting for a medical record 2 months and counting.

So this review is based on the fact that it has been 23 months since we were crashed into and STILL awaiting appointments to address our injuries.Many of the appointments made ,especially with a Dr , so he could write up his findings , where either cancelled by the Dr and on 1 occasion the Dr didn't turn up for my husband.Next appointments available were months later when we contacted Premex.We have constantly had to chase up for appointments to Premex .An appointment was made for mental health at the other side of Manchester,nowhere near where my we live.My husband was ill and couldn't attend.Premex have been informed months ago hebwantes another appointment but nearer and still heard nothing back.Premex are working on behalf of Ageas Law and there is no chasing up of things.I ,myself eventually got a mental health appointment locally.She was actually good, but it took 21 months to get it!I had to chase up Ageas Law and Premex on a number of occasions to get me a re-evaluation with the Dr who 'examined' me via video after 3 months of having the accident. 21 months later I get the examination but we are still awaiting other appointments feom Premex.There is too much time spent chasing Premex up either by email or phone and rhen from their end too much time spent not chasing up the insurance companies.23 months later both myself and husband are still awaiting appointments.I can however say that the people who we did speak to at times from Premex, were very friendly.I just think some are more knowlegable than others.

No update on her claim. Nothing is going forward. No communication. Not happy
