The Email service came with easy to follow instructions about attending and cancellation of appointments I found the overall experience an absolute pleasure to be a valued customer

Pouring with rain but driver came to the front door and waited for me to open it. Pleasant female deliverer with a smile like a lighthouse beam.

Premex either book appointments too far in the future and change them via email at short notice. One meant I missed an appointment and had to pay £180.

Very helpful and quick with appointments
