Appointments were made for me to see specialists. They turned out to be absolutely outstanding specialists.

It took a long time to instruct doctors to prepare reports on injuries following my accident, and in turn took far too long for reports to be submitted. I am still waiting for a report after seeing a doctor on 17 July. It also took a long time for Physiotherapists to be instructed, but I am currently having some physiotherapy treatment.

Experience was good .but I had my appointment in 17 th of June and my solicitor still hasn't had the result still on 26 of july

The therapist was more like an animated robot, with pre-programmed methodology to go on, nothing human about the experience. The room was full of so much negative energy emanating from the person that I felt ill for next 2 days. I didn't realise I was getting a psychological assessment, when all I was experiencing was extreme pains in my back, shoulder and knees. My psychological suffering is directly related to my physical pains. She was not able to relate to my pains, neither was she interested in knowing whether I was OK, was I in need of any help or support because clearly I was very distraught, and felt very uncomfortable in her presence. I'm only sorry I cannot give a zero star.

having to fill in forms twice because you damaged 1st lot forms i returned to you.

Everything is so slow, I've not much time left in this world. I've got terminal prostate cancer and diabetes, I don't think I'm going see the end of this claim. I've started losing weight. I'm really sorry to talk to you about this but I wonder just how much longer this is going to take and is there anything I can do to speed things up.
