Luke Parker has continually been excellent from the start of our tenancy, no problem has been to to big and he has always sorted everything instantaneously, having a property manager like Luke has made our tenancy a joy. Thanks Luke.

Life Residential is a good company and has good professionals. Unfortunately, I went into a bad moment in my life but I received respectful treatment from Life Residential. I'd like to mention Luke Parker for his incredible work and for being respectful and proactive. He does brilliant work and he helped me a lot and trusted in me when I was in need. To date, Life Residential have not disappointed us. They are professional in their service, prompt in problem solving and sensitive to any concerns highlighted. The fact LR is our First n only Agent since our flat was delivered in 2012 speaks volume of the level of satisfaction. Quite honestly, there were some unhappy periods, but these are to be expected when managing a large company like LR. Keep up the good work.

I am a lease holder, ie flat owner in Riverdale House, Lewisham and am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from my "property manager". I have repeatedly asked for explanations of bills/invoices without receiving concise, meaningful responses or any attempt to engage with me. I am paying these people to provide a service but in my case, at least, they are falling short of the required standard, considering what they charge.

I've been using LIFE residential letting agency for a couple of years now. I find them professional and responsive. Communication is good with frequent invoices, emails and updates on property inspections. Kalidass the property manager is very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries. Recently, Amrita negotiated a competitive new contract with the current tenants. I have had some fairly awful experiences with other letting agencies in the past, so it's nice to find one which is diligent and trustworthy.

This is my third review about the company. More than 2 months and the water situation has got worse. I haven't been provided my opening balances on electricity bill and from 2 months the electricity company is giving me high estimates of bill. I have been told clearly it's impossible to get access to opening meter readings. Surprising part about water was the issue is throughout the building! And the company had no clue about such a serious issue before taking the full deposit. I have been just struggling with issues since day 1. Nightmare! The company maintains the standard way of handling this. Every 2 weeks, they drop me a mail that they are chasing to fix issues! Just helpless. Stuck and no solution whatsoever.. Last time got pissed off infact with my review but still no clear solution provided!
