A Terrible experience from start to finish, we signed a two-year contract and after one year they wanted to put our rent up by 20%, we negotiated down to 10% and so had to move the second year. It's now been 6 weeks since leaving and we still have not got our deposit back, its proving impossible to get any sense of urgency or accountability from any team member.

Pros: Fair renting price and quick and easy moving in process. Cons: Upon moving in, the flat was in poor conditions (dirty and dusty, floor to ceiling window from the living room broken, toilet flush broken, freezer malfunctioning which had to be replaced, washing machine leaking, broken bed slat, broken blinds hungers I had to replace, continuous pipe issues...). It took months and countless follow ups for issues to be resolved, and I've spent my whole tenancy with the broken bed slat and the pipes issues. In my 3 years tenancy, I've dealt with 6 different property managers. It is unclear if information was efficiently passed. Some agents were responsive, others much less. 3 months after vacating the property, I am still fighting to get my deposit back and they are trying to retain questionable amounts. I had to open a dispute and it's still not resolved. The property manager also took a month after my move out to update the heating company, hence they were still generating bills under my account for energy I didn't use. It took at least 5 follow ups to correct this bill. There seem to be some AI generated positive reviews, and some tenants are invited to write positive reviews upon moving in. But myself and too many tenants experienced poor renting experiences and challenging times retrieving our deposits from this property agency. I do not recommend.

Abby is effective and efficient. She is responsive and her inputs are relevant. We were happy with how the renewal was handled. She made it easy and stress free. We are glad she handled this for us.
