Had a draining issue with the washing machine. Rosita Kausiute helped us greatly in finding a quick and efficient solution to this problem. Her responsiveness was great, as well as her detailed answers.

If I can offer anyone advice here, it's to steer clear of Life Residential. Despite complaining to the accounts department about the poor handling of admin, I got stonewalled and was forced to engage a third party that as it turns out, is the responsibility of Life Residential to engage on behalf of the landlord as explained to me in writing by a representative from said third party. From Switch2: "I have today sent a full explanation of the situation to Life Residential. In summary, Switch2 have been instructed by our client, [NAME REMOVED] to not register tenants and all bills we issue will be sent directly to the landlord or their managing agent. This is the reason that we are unable to register an account or issue a bill to you in your name. Payment of any amount is therefore a matter between yourself and the landlord or their managing agent. I would therefore refer you back to Life Residential to progress this matter." What irks me, is that this was likely a small piece of work for the accounts department to figure out but instead of do their jobs, they made it my problem. What likely needs to happen here is that Life Residential receives the bill, pays it, then invoices me assuming my memory of GAAP is still accurate. An interesting point to add here is that for a prior review on 27 Feb of this year, the Life Residential team requested my personal information via Trustpilot--information they have as evidenced by one of their managers reaching out to me shortly after my review. What's interesting is that had I failed to provide my information via Trustpilot, my review would have been taken down. I can't know for certain; however, it does look like a neat trick and one necessarily wonders how many legitimate reviews have been removed using that tactic if indeed my suspicion is well founded. Bottom line, great sales team; awful delivery. Much would change if the company adopted the principles of customer obsession (for tenants as well as landlords) and extreme ownership.

Mandii is very responsive and can always rely on her when I need help with my apartment. They also have a big team, and someone will always be responding to my email should the person I have been liaising with is away. Keep up the excellent work, Life Residential.

I'm a landlord with several properties fully managed by Life for 7+ years, as well as some in other areas which are managed by other agents as Life don't operate there. Life Residential beats the other agents hands down in terms of professionalism and service both to me as landlord, and to my tenants. I know that they look out for my tenants' interests, advocating on behalf of the tenants to say, eg this repair must be completed promptly as it's not fair on the tenants to delay. From my point of view I have had several good property managers over the years. Particular credit is due to Nick Martin in management because I have come to trust his judgement regarding works needed on the properties and I respect the fact that he will be very clear if something needs to be done, and has good relationships with the trades so can get works done promptly and for a fair price. Cliff in Sales has been great too, coming up with ideas for changing the layout in my properties to make them better for tenants and more profitable for me. I just wish Life also covered the towns where my other properties are.

I have been a tenant in a property which Life Residential has been managing for the last 4 years. Over time, the property manager of the apartment has changed a couple of times but I am happy to say that my current one is extremely attentive. Lorretta has been my property manager for the last year or so and has been wonderful to say the least. All my issues have been addressed in a very timely manner and so professionally. She has been very empathetic to my concerns. Lorretta is a true gem of Life Residential!

I am a tenant with life residential and my property manager Kalidass has been very helpful to solve my issue with the mattress. Kalidass was very quick in responding to my emails, kept me updated throughout, and within a week I got my brand new mattress with no hassle. I could not be happier to finally get some good sleep. This is really amazing job done by Kalidass. Thank you.

I had an issue with the thermostats in my rental property, and my property manager was able to quickly arrange for a repair technician to come out and resolve the issue. I was impressed with how fast she was able to take action and get the problem addressed. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Her responsiveness and attention to detail are truly commendable. I appreciate her dedication to providing excellent service and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable property manager.

Generally very fast response, helpful advice and pretty quick to get issues sorted. Always polite and professional and usually get a response on the same day of issues being raised.

I was a tenant for 2 years of a property managed by Life Residential and my overall experience with them has been positive. Property Manager Kalidass U. deserves particular mention as he has always been helpful, professional, responsive and reliable. At check out, he assisted with the timely release of my deposit; and when I noticed a discrepancy in the inventory he quickly double checked and resolved the extra charges. His skills in problem solving and managing customer relations are impressive. He is a real asset to his team and I wish him every success. Some time ago I had some issue with my agreed payment schedule, and it took a while to resolve - however this is not the scope of this review.

I am extremely happy with the humanity displayed by Life residential.I am a landlord that makes use of their services and recently one of my tennants passed away.The care and willingness to assist the family of the deceased as well as myself were wonderful.I can reccomend Life Residential to anyone.

I had problems with a door and window.I contacted Rosita and received an immediate response.Regular contact was made to keep me informed as to the progress.The issue was resolved very quickly.I find Rosita very efficient and pleasant to deal with,well done!

This is our second experience with Life Residential. As a caring Landlord we have a more hands on approach and keen that our tenants are comfortable and in return we ask them to respect our flat, care goes two ways. Our property manager is Kalidass Uvaraj who has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that any issues were dealt with efficiently and updated us in a timely manner. Kalidass is very much on the ball and it is a very good experience for us to have him handling our flat and keeping the tenants happy too.

I’ve been very happy with Life Residential as my property manager and have been with them for the past 2 years. They are always very responsive, helpful and it is a breath of fresh air to have a good estate agent that wants to help. They resolve issues quickly (I am a tenant renting through them) and Nicola Soper in particular has been excellent since taking over as my specific property manager (quick, polite, follows up with regular updates and always takes the time to call and check things are going as planned E.g. repairs, appliance replacements etc). Thank you
