As an overseas landlord living in China, I am very satisfied with LiFE Residential team's services. My property for letting in London has been under LiFE Residential team's management and maintenance for the last 9 years. The team provided me very timely and good services with most updated information about my property condition and any issue raised by the tenants. And, my current Property Manager, Miss Ilinca Ioanovici gave me very outstanding services. She responses my every email check or enquiry very quickly and timely. Also she helped me solve many issues of my property. For example, I asked for the EWS1 Certificate of my property. Miss Ilinca reverted me the scancopy right the day I sent the email to her. Anyway, I do appreciate the good services and help from Ilinca and her team members. Considering I am an overseas landlord, they do help me a lot.

Absolutely love the property agents Gina and Shauna for helping us out with EVERYTHING!! Replacing the washing machine and the sofa of the property urgently. Everything was smooth and wonderful!! They were very kind and understanding. The landlords are brilliant too!! Nothing would have been replaced without their understanding, funding and their trust in us. Highly recommendable!

Used Life Residential to sell a flat which they had managed as a rental flat for many years. The initial contact for the sale was Rhys Dewar who provided fair advice and promptly secured a buyer for us. The sale process was then handled by a different team and our contact was Molly Tilley. Molly is one of the most efficient people I have ever come across and I have nothing but praise for her. Molly ensured the sale process kept moving forward and kept everyone informed at every stage, letting us know the reason for any delay and what she was doing to resolve it. I only had cause to speak with her once during the process and the query was dealt with and resolved immediately. All in all she made the whole sale process very smooth.

I sold my property through Life Residential recently and found their team excellent with respect to finding a buyer and progressing the sale. I am very grateful to the sales progression team, particularly Molly Tilley who ensured things were chased and the deal kept on track. Would recommend Life Residential for letting and sales as they have been excellent over the last three years I have been with them.

Jack Piggott is a great property manager who effectively has managed the day-to-day operations. He is organized, efficient, and responsive to the needs of tenants and owners. He has been always supportive when the building management company was not achieving the minimum requirements and expectations. As a property manager he has made my live at the apartment better than expected despite Centrick’s efforts.

Sally Richardson was exceptional! As Aussies relocating to London, our move and tenancy wasn’t entirely straight forward. Sally helped us secure an apartment ahead of our UK arrival - we had so many questions to which Sally always promptly responded. Every time we reached out to her for any help she always made sure we are at ease with understanding the issue, keeping us updated on the progress and solving the issue as well. Following previous problems (see previous reviews), I was assigned to another property manager (Zainab). In the past few days we had a problem with Eon Heat, which had to stop the supply of hot water and heating. Eon Heat gave us electric heaters for free - to cope with not having heating - and asked us to use the immersion heater to get hot water. The immersion heater is basically an appliance individual to each flat, which works as a "giant kettle" to heat up the water, in case there are problems with the communal supply. The problem with Eon Heat revelaed that the immersion heating in my flat is not working. Hence, I asked LR to send a plumber urgently as the temperature was extremely low and I was not coping without hot water. Firstly, they did not show any knowledge of what immersion heating is. Then, they asked our concierge team to help me with immersion (?!), as if they were plumbers. As a coincidence, I had another appointment previously booked by them with a plumber to fix a radiator (yes, another problem). However, the plumber was clearly not trained to deal with immersion and boiler, and he was not able to fix this. I tried to explain these things, but they just stopped replying to my emails for the rest of Friday, leaving me without hot water for the whole weekend. As I am writing, I have been without hot water since Wednesday, and I am relying on friends' help to shower, etc. I have contacted LR to request information on how to escalate my complaints to Ombudsman, as this is clearly the only hope to rectify this appalling lack of support.

I stayed in an apartment in Hounslow and getting my deposit refunded took more than a month as property managers have resigned from time to time and they didn't know about the history of the property I stayed in. And the deductions given to me are so unreasonable. cleaning cost way too high nearly 210 pounds for a small studio apartment. Also when I have the proof of unreasonable deductions they took the time almost a month and then ask me to put in a deposit dispute request. Poor service of the property managers involved in this property no prompt emails or calls were answered. Always either leave or busy.

I had no heating at my place and once I informed Aliza about it she immediately called the relevant engineers who came the next day. The issue was resolved. I am extremely impressed by Aliza’s professionalism and her sense of serving the clients of estate agency she works for.
