Used betdaq for years... Today had my first problem.... and the problem is the people at betdaq can't add up. I placed £29 bet won £18 on Alcaraz. Should have about £46-£47. Something has glitched with their system and I'm down £8.50 as a result. You'd think this was an easy fix but they've no idea. No hope for them if they can't see what's gone wrong.... UPDATE 12/06/24... WOW! This reply claiming Betdaq have returned the lost funds from the glitch. It's only £8-9 but they have not yet done so! Will update this if they do.

I contacted Betdaq beforehand to ask if it's okay to open an account as I may have a self-exclusion. I gave them my details so they could check beforehand. I got a response from a rep called Billy saying nope. There's no self-exclusion, as my account was closed. Therefore, you're free to open a new account and enjoy any of our sign-up promotions. So, I followed his advice, opened a new account, and deposited money. Then, right after, I got an email from Billy, the guy who told me that I could open an account, saying the account that I had just opened had been suspended as I had a self-exclusion!! He told me to open a new one!! They also stipulate in their terms that they give any funds in these accounts to charity, so that's my deposited money going down the drain. WARNING: Do not open a new account with Betdaq and deposit money. They can just suspend your account and just take your money. And here comes their boilerplate reply underneath. I'll write it out, so Betdaq doesn't have to. "Thank you for leaving your review, we're disappointed to see that you have rated your Betdaq experience one-star. Our Customer Service Team have confirmed that the correct procedure was followed in this instance. If you'd like to discuss the matter further, please feel free to get in touch with our CS Team by live chat or by email. Kind regards BETDAQ"

Signed up today after reading good reviews, completed all checks and deposited on account also placed multiple bets, then all of sudden unable to log into account advise to contact service, email sent advised check needed to timescale provided for customer or why this is required have asked fur funds back stay clear of these Muppets

Excellent, tbh. They really listen...and have the agility and open-mindedness to act. I put forward a site design tweak that makes it easier for greyhound betting customers to sort through the current races that are available. Result? Craig David with less rumpy pumpy. "I made the suggestion on Monday, they were looking at it on Tuesday, doing all the testing on Wednesdaay then on Thursday...it went live." Sorry, couldn't make that last bit rhyme.

Withdrew money very easily, with good customer service. Unlike 888 who are doing everything possible not to pay out and with ignorant and obstructive staff.

Resolving an issue was dealt with professionally and logically. Although earlier issues and misunderstanding surfaced previously, concerns raised were dealt with speedily! Well done !

2 days later, 3 emails sent and 2 talks with CS and despite sending information requested I am still not verified. Worried about how long processing times will take and if it's worth it now

Had the audacity to ask for my details on trustpilot yet ignored 20 emails, ignore my calls or fob me off. Made excuses to close an account after an “accidental” closure from an exclusion from a sister site. So underhand, will steal your money.
