First class assistance when querying their 0% commission promotion, it was all taken care for me within an hour. The website itself is easy enough to navigate and I've never found liquidity to be an issue when laying bets. Would recommend overall.

The site on the whole is good. If I had 3 criticisms they would be 1) No Cash out on Football markets (over/under goals certainly) 2) When a bet wins and the market closes as complete it still takes a while (an hour sometimes) for the money to go back into your betting account. This is particularly painful if you have limited funds and want to keep on betting without having to deposit again. 3) Takes sometimes upto 24 hours for money to appear in Paypal after a withdrawal. Other bookies take an hour (for example) That said, it's pretty stable and actually a good platform. There could be a few tweaks here and there as to how inplay markets are displayed (Learn a lesson from Bet365, it's easy and clear) BUT on the whole I enjoy using BETDAQ and rarely go elsewhere. Well Done Guys

I fail to understand how a profitable account is not permitted to rejoin Betdaq. In fact I have been barred for life with no explanation.
