Quick response on chat but didnt really sort my statistics problem out seems to be working now. also the Rep had trouble understanding the Stats arrow / also the Soccer betting often only has "Make Offer" with no Odds on offer otherwise BETDAQs ok

My account was hacked. Betdaq didn't care at all until I started to ask for my money back. They then just suspended the account 'pending' investigation. No telephone number, no direct contact with their fraud team, just a chatbot in some foreign country. Absolutely useless, and not a care in the world. They just want you to gamble with them and lose, that's it. No interest in customer service, or keeping customers. The website is OK, not the best, but OK, and using their exchange is alright. But God help you if anything goes wrong, or you need to contact them. They are only setup to give the most minimal help at the lowest. They have no interest in helping anybody, and no interest in investing in account security. I have claimed through my bank, so I'll get my money back anyway, but no thanks to Betdaq at all. Betfair Exchange is where I've traded for years, and will certainly move that to Betdaq. Not impressed. There's a reason why it's a small exchange. Regarding BetDaq's reply; they have no idea who I am from this review. Nothing has been looked into. Their Customer Service is useless and not worth getting in touch with; how can people 5 thousand miles away, on a chat window, be of any use? They just disconnect if they don't like it anyway! BetDaq have no interest in helping. They have not lost anything, and that's all that matters to them. Their reply on here is just a standard script that they make up, they haven't checked anything.

Nothing in the world is perfect but the support service with these guys was very good.

Awfull company worst customer service closed account no reason specified. Account over 7k in profit xsp didn't get matched didn't get honored then closed the account. Our whole household used betdaq but they closed mine and my freinds account because we're in the same adress so same IP adress apparently only one user per household. Will never recommend to anyone who is serious about exchange betting best left to those who wish to lose only

Never have a problem of getting a bet matched and zero commision is really helpful. Query was dealt with quickly and happy to be with Betdaq. gazza50
