Betdaq are starting to become competitively priced and listen to customers, for example the recent addition of a search function. Not had any issues compared to other exchanges and is a very viable alternative. High protection of funds would be another welcome addition, but the current medium isn't bad either.

Very responsive when contacted. A useful exchange with decent free bets on offer regularly. Recommended!

Support takes ages to reply to a simple email - it's a joke

I've been using Betdaq on and off for the last three years since I started match betting. Recently they have gained more of an online presence on the Outplayed & OddsMonkey forums and seem keen to compete with the prices being offered by the other main betting exchanges. Such competition is welcome by all matched bettors as it'll hopefully lead to greater profit making potential. Betdaq also seem willing to offer a greater number of Enhanced Specials to compete with the likes of Smarkets and Matchbook which means I'll be able to consider using them for a greater proportion of my future betting activity .

Very low liquidity in comparison with other exchanges like Betfair, Smarkets & Matchbook but very rarely sees downtime and customer service in my experience has been excellent.
