I like that betdaq has a dedicated phone customer helpline unlike some other bet sites . I did not like when you ring it your on hold for 15 minutes then it hangs up. But when you get through it works well and the staff are polite and helpful. The Web is junk and does not work.

Prompt feedback. Issue identified quickly, communicated clearly to customer in timely fashion. A pleasing customer experience.

Betdaq eventually approved my verification. I had to update my debit card details prior to making a deposit. Betdaq wouldn't accept the new card details; I raised the matter with them and was told they would look into it. I heard nothing. Upon checking to see if I could make a deposit I discovered that Betdaq require me to go through the verification process again. Betdaq is coming across as incompetent. There are other betting exchanges out there.

Have a few issues with bets placed . Last week I placed a bet on the greyhounds, my bet was excepted I watched the entire race . Later I was told my bet was void because I placed the bet 1 second late .I couldn't see that as I watched the hare running and the whole race . The same thing happened a couple of months ago I placed abet on the greyhounds but this time as soon as my bet was accepted I looked up and the dogs were in the home straight, so my bet was placed 25 seconds late .but this time my bet was not voided so I had to contact Customer support.in the end they said my bet was late and refunded me but that was a week after bet was placed .I have since asked for my account to be closed and I'm still waiting. I shall try a different exchange firm . As I do not trust BETDAQ.
