Needed to change card to deposit as old one expired. This can be a bit of an ordeal with some companies, though was sorted out in minutes and was back depositing and betting in no time. Excellent customer service from betdaq, never had a single problem with them in over 10 years, good betting company imo.

What a bad experience. Opened an account with them verified myself after depositing I placed a bet on an nba game I felt good about after winning I withdrew my initial stake because I wanted to just play with the winning. Today I wake up to an email stating they have cease their trading relationship with me and my account will be closed and what’s left on my account will be sent to my payment method. Bear in mind they did not state any reasons why they are closing it 😂. Seems like it hurts their pride when someone won. Shamble of a company I suggest you people to go to other bookies.
