Vicki was great on the chat and on the phone and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied. Betdaq exchange is a bit rubbish compared to the other betting exchanges like Betfair etc, but I will continue to use it because of Vicki.

She said to send the pic of my IP via email for verification, she'll help unblock it immediately & will call me back to confirm.
