Rubbish would not recommend the service.

Closed my account with no notice just received a email saying my account was closed. I used the account to trade only. Cheltenham festival week as well. Pity they haven’t refunded my balance as quick as they closed the account.

Good live chat, had my query sorted. Had a bit of a mare with Matchbook and closed account over rogue charges. Glad all is well with Betdaq.

Customer service was unhelpful.

Absolutely terrible would not allow me to deposit after opening an account. When questioned on online chat was told my account was going to be closed. I then asked how I could dispute this then was told who made decision and basically they are uncontactable. Leading to my query as to why I couldn't open the account unsolved. Do not need to deal with an untransparent company like this.
