I received my guitar in perfect condition and packaged well. Parcelforce were a waste of time and dumped my parcel inside my work unit without so much as letting someone know (office door is 2 metre from main entrance where box was dumped next to some racking), however this is no fault of PMT, just something to be wary of. Can’t wait to start practising 🎸🤘🏼

Item was faulty, will cost more to ship back for replacement so might as well keep the junk

The buying process is very easy, particularly with a choice of delivery options. We always try to use PMT for our musical needs, mostly by going to the store in Birmingham, but on this occasion, I knew what I wanted and as the guitar wasn’t in stock in the store, it made sense to have it delivered to my address.

I love it very well

I purchased a drum kit that I thought was new but on day of delivery was told it was ex display. This wasn't stated on the website. The guy who called me was pleasant enough and suitably apologetic but I think the business needs to make it clear when the products are ex demo.
