Everything was fine until I got to the payment section. I tried using Klana but that didn't work and then still had problems when using my debit card. It was stressful to be honest. I find it quite disturbing that you have to pay delivery on such an expensive item also.

Not the best experience to be honest. I usually buy from guitarguitar.co.uk or andertons.co.uk, both of which I have had good experiences with. This year's Black friday I decided to buy a Boss GS1 Eurus, this particular guitar is like marmite, some guitarist hate it, and a very small minority love it. It was available on PMT last year on Black Friday too, at the same price of £950. I noticed they had two offers this year, Bgrade listing at over £1,200 and a brandnew one at £950. I purchased the brandnew listing for obvious reasons. I emailed the team at PMT to make sure it was brandnew (i didn't want any mistakes), they confirmed with the store that it was a brandnew guitar before dispatching it (i.e. untouched in an unopened box). When it arrived however it was a Bgrade guitar, loads of finger prints all over the black finish, the pickups had a very gungy residue all over them, the cellophane had been removed at some point, with some free dried sweat , some scratches and marks and a small ding on the front of the body. PMT offered me an extra £50 off to see if they could off load it for the inconvenience, which I didn't accept, as i wanted a new guitar. I asked for a brandnew replacement however PMT said that they didnt have a brandnew one, all were Bstock/exdisplay?? Week's later, the brandnew listing is still active on the PMT website! It doesn't make sense, why advertise brandnew when there isn't any available, they only have Bgrade in stock......this is what they told me! I started to wonder... if I purchased the guitar when it's at the normal full price, would I get a brandnew one? I'm sorry to say, I have a feeling that PMT sent the Bgrade stock when the Black Friday promotion was on in place of the brandnew ones. Why else would the brandnew listing still be active? PMT have said they don't have any new stock, only bgrade or exdisplay.... So after all this, I will be sending it back for a refund, frustrating and a complete waste of time and effort, if only PMT could have been honest about the guitar, when I asked prior to it's dispatch, it would have saved everybodys time!!

This company can improve by using a different courier. Item is needed as an urgent replacement for a gig and has been delivered to the wrong delivery depot, not sure if they deliver during the weekends, if not then i'm waiting 3 extra days to receive it. otherwise PMT offer some good products you wouldn't normally find on Amazon
