According to tracking information Parcelforce attempted delivery 26/11/24. 2 occupants in the house no delivery was made and no card was left Nobody knocked or rang the bell. 27/11/24 one occupant in the house. No delivery was made but a card was left saying to pickup at post office the following day, again no one knocked or rang the bell. Recipient went to post office 28/11/24 and there was no package. Tracking then showed package to be delivered 28/11/24 same day between 14.06 & 15.06 my partner was again at home and pre warned by me of the details of the delivery. She waited and waited but alas no delivery or card was attempted or made. No knock at door or bell rang. The item needs to be delivered as promised, as this is the service I paid £5.99 for. Also contact with parcelforce is impossible and why i am writing to you. Their chatbot does not work and the telephone line given for complaints is a computerised message with options that do not include complaints or conversation with a human.

Good communication with sales. Very prompt delivery and well packaged, clean no damage. Would be great if the guitar was set up, out of the box it's unplayable fret buzz between 10th and 12th frets especially on the low E and A strings. As a player I expected better. However a great guitar. Recommend the American Performer strat.

Been going here 30 years. Always a good experience. Well, until today. 3 guys in the same store had zero interest in me being there. First one who came to help me with an amp said, after I asked a question, sorry I don’t know about amps and walked off. Oh ok. I will try and work it out myself. Spent a while doing that and another guy came over and asked if I was ok. Same bad attitude as the other one and he too walked off. I was with my 70 year old friend who like me is a keen musician and we looked at each other in disbelief. I then found the third one, this was the manager who again just had zero interest in us being there. I asked about a deal I saw online and he shrugged and arrogantly said that must be an old page. All that’s ok but listen, I drove an hour to come to your store, one that had 2/3 people in it and just felt I was in the way. I never do reviews but me and James left bewildered by the whole experience. So much online now we seldom to the stores but we agreed we would swerve this place from now on. Shops are great and you can see the stock and feel the items but if ya don’t know ya products or don’t wanna be in this type shop then don’t.
