It was so easy to order the guitar pedal for part of my grandson’s Christmas present. The member of staff at the Birmingham stores that I spoke to confirm that I would be able to collect it from there the next day was very pleasant.

Usually a Great service. But this time someone put the wrong address for delivery.Which meant the the carrier would not deliver the item to my address until parcel force received confirmation from PMT of the right address. Very stressful waiting for 2days.
