United Kingdom | 14 February 2025The TLDR is the way your delivery section is set out is poorly laid out and has caused confusion on when I am getting my order. I ordered a new guitar with a set of strings for it. When looking at the delivery options I went with the £29.99 option to get it deliver the following morning. Only the strings arrived. I had to contact customer services to find out the guitar is coming as part of a separate delivery. This was not made clear when ordering. I dont recollect it saying it would be a 2 part delivery anywhere. And I would certainly not have paid nearly £30 for a £10 set of strings to be delivered before the guitar. That needs to be made way clearer. And to be honest the user interface on the delivery section is really clunky. A drop down at the top and the explanation of each option at the bottom. Which doesn’t change until after you select the cost. Multiple options for the same cost as well. Should be much clearer than this. So we can see what we are actually paying for. Update. Paid for next day delivery. 2 days later and guitar still isn’t here. Deeply unhappy with this.

With the Iri Blue finish not available in-store, the on-line experience was good with delivery of the well packaged goods ahead of schedule, albeit this led to an awkward "another guitar" moment with the wife. Loving the guitar and my forgiving wife.

After my immediate reply, i have had no response. It has been over a week now and i am still out of my money. Not happy at all and will not be using PMT again.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025I ordered a cable to be picked up at the Leeds store. Not an expensive item but it was urgent and I made a special trip to pick it up once the email came in saying it was ready - it was showing in stock in store (IIRC 6 in stock). I turn up after a long detour to get to them and they don’t have it. They actually went to the shelf to get it - so it wasn’t “ready to collect” at all. None in stock. One person said they would sell an inferior product to me very cheaply that I could use (it would risk damaging my amp but I could maybe use it carefully) but when I got to the till that was changed. I’m left with an unsuitable cable I can’t return and I’ve had to buy the right one online from another shop. Only plus is that I got a refund for the original item ordered. But no recognition that I’d done a huge round trip to pick up this cable I was told was ready. Very poor experience of the click and collect service.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025I'd like to give no stars but unfortunately I can't. This was my first time using PMT as I usually use KMR or SX PRO for all of my pro audio purchases. After searching for a Genelec GLM calibration kit, I saw that PMT were offering one at a very good discount. I emailed to check that the item was new and complete which it was so I bought the item and my money was taken. Several days later I received an email stating that the item was not available at that price due to a staff error and a link was sent to purchase the same Item for almost £100 more. A refund was offered but no apology until I escalated it up the chain. As a Pro audio buyer that spends thousands on an annual basis,I'm very unhappy with the treatment I received from PMT and I will be informing their Genelec Supplier, Source Distribution, on how they mishandle Genelec customers and cause potential harm to the brand. I will not be using PMT online again and I will actively discourage other Pro users in doing so as well
