Avoid Hung up on me when I asked why they needed so much personal information before providing a price UPDATE: no. I won’t get in touch directly. I’ll never contact you again. I will spend my money elsewhere. You do not provide the service advertised. The reason you need extensive information to provide a price is so you can sell my information to third parties. That should be clear on your website. When I called back and asked for a copy of the call recording when your employee hung up on me, I was told that your company policy is not to release copies of call recordings. That’s a breach of data protection law - and given your business model is selling personal data, that’s an outrageous disregard for the law. Seriously everyone - don’t contact these people… find your local supplier and go direct.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! I was visiting London from Nottingham and lost my car keys. Everything was booked with Natalie using the online chat function on their website. Everything was explained really well and the process was very straightforward. I was concerned that I might not be able to get to my car before their technician arrived as I was actually on the other side of London when I made the booking. This was resolved by Natalie adding me to a WhatsApp chat where I was able to give her updates on my whereabouts and pass them on to the technician. To my delight, the technician was already working on my car when I got there. I only had to wait another 10 minutes and I had two shiny new remote key fobs in my hands. £300 for two new remote keys was also much cheaper than I expected for a service like this. I hope I don't need to use you again but if I do, I know who to contact. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a positive one!

Our steering lock broke at a bad time, trapping the key and causing the car to be unusable. CKS responded to my enquiry immediately and the process was simple enough to go through. Same day service, even earlier than originally booked, the guys did a good job in atrocious storm conditions and got us out of trouble. Well done from start to finish

Fantastic service from Daniel. He turned up at my house and cut and programmed 2 keys for my Ford Fiesta. Both are working with now issues. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he ws doing. He was even kind enough to demonstrate the process aloth he very quickly lost me.
