Take £120 deposit, send out a young technician who stinks of weed , could not get the car running but tells me he’s run out of time as it’s 16:30 , but can do it, but will be back tomorrow. I call the office and they tell me it can only be done back at there depot which was about 45 miles away so i had to get the vehicle recovered costing another £200. This was all nonsense as i called another key man and he got the vehicle running out on site. I called to ask for my £120 deposit back, but car key solution wouldn’t give me the deposit back, even tho they couldn’t get my car running onsite like they promised they could. Stay away from this company and don’t be fooled by there big website as there’s smaller independent companies with a lot more knowledge that will programme your key to your car on-site.

I lost my car key and called the office at five pm on Friday, 18th January. The technician was with me at eight am on Saturday 19th January. Three hours later I had two new keys , no fuss or hassle. Everything went as explained by the call centre staff. The technician worked in a neat and tidy manner, was polite and friendly. I would recommend this company who has either lost their keys or requires a replacement.

The installation was hassle free

Car keys solution were great!. My car keys stopped working and I’d lost my replacement. They sent someone on the same day and keys were sorted within 30 mins of his arrival. The only negative I have to say is that I was told to expect someone between 3;30 and 4;30. They didn’t turn up until almost 9p. The man who turned up was really apologetic and they had a good reason I just wish they had communicated a bit more rather than me having to call them. Would have happily given 5 stars other wise. Thanks so much for sorting my keys out.

Found this company on line as part of my Web search for replacement keys for my car. Spoke to an agent via the on line chat which automatically pops up. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I was extremely comfortable in dealing with the company and had a good feeling about them. An appointment was made on the day and withing 3 to 4 hours I had a spare set of keys to my car in my hands at a substantially cheaper price then that quoted by the dealer. Extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend.
