Got a next day booking, Had 2 new vans go in together and done in great time. Very neat and tidy workshop, also advised on the best products to keep the locks lasting for years !

Within 24 hours of contacting the company, my Ghost II immobiliser was fitted. The technician (who was very polite, patient and knowledgeable) came to my house and completed the installation within two hours. I've only used the car once since the install, but everything seems to be working perfectly.

Engineer that came was very professional and knew what he was doing, made a new key and all is great with the service he gave, I am actually a little annoyed with the price though, when I booked the appointment I was told I would get a 10% discount if I paid in full, I had to pay £120.00 deposit upfront with the remaining amount paid to the engineer, however when I mentioned this to him, he said there was no discount and the amount I had to pay was £60, had I had known this I would have opted for the pay monthly option

My mother-in-law who's 84 lost her only car keys. We live an hour away and wouldn't have been any help anyway. I Googled vehicle locksmiths and out popped Car key solutions. A phone call later with all the relevant details ie Reg make model, proof of ownership, and a deposit, a time was agreed. The young lad turned up unlocked the car made a key and coded it. There was a problem with the in laws pin number but the lad called me calmly explained the problem, his office called, sent the link to settle up which I paid with g-pay on my phone and everyone was happy. It cost £230 which may sound high but they provided a first class service that I could not do myself and helped me sort out a difficult situation. I would recommend them any day. Thankyou.
