I have a Peugeot 3008 spare key not working and missing blade. I brought the key for analysis to see if it could be fixed, I left 15min later with the key working and new blade. I am very happy with the team and how they could fix the issue on the spot. They were asking the right questions and were reliable and quick to fix the issue. I could save more than 50% compared to the dealer price to fix the key.

Ok, I knocked 2 stars off because my first two attempts at contacting them generated no response; i) email, ii) website enquiry portal = no response from either. Finally called them up and spoke to a call centre advisor in the Philippines (?) asked her where their south London branch was and she told me East Finchley!? After a lot of miscommunication I told her I needed a duplicate key made and I was at London Victoria train station, so I would head to their South Norwood branch (on the train) right away, get there about 3:45 as they closed at 5. Got a train, then a tram, then a long walk through a Croydon housing estate, walked in to the store, gave my booking reference and the receptionist told me I was booked for 3pm Saturday afternoon (the following day), I said my appointment was for today, she said ok we have time to squeeze you in now, I said ok and handed her the key I needed duplicating, she said where’s your car? I said ‘it’s at home, I came on the train, I only brought the key’ she said but we can’t do it without your car! So that was 2 hours wasted! Might have been an idea for the call centre advisor to inform me that to copy a key, the vehicle is also needed as well. Went back the next day and from that point on all went smoothly, good customer service, professional job.

Fantastic service and although other issues found, the technician was superb and gave me advise with further works that may be required on the car.
