Great service quick turnaround just think price £180 was high for 20 mins work if that. But did the job.

From the point of contacting their call centre the advice, ongoing communication and response time was excellent. Technician cam to my house within three hours and did a thorough job of re-keying my car and a replacement key. Highly recommended.

Simply brilliant

The replacement key didnt work. Had to get a mechanic out to fix an issue caused by the locksmith. Never had a problem with my car until now. Fobbed off with tye 'mastermechanic on site. TERRIBLE.

Job was booked for 4pm to 6pm At 5:20pm I called for an update and was told the technician was on another job which was delayed over an hour drive away. I repeatedly asked for an eta, was in contact several times, was assured that the job will be done ontl that night then recieved a call after 8pm saying that the job could not be done due to a code being needed that couldn't be sourced at night, if so then why was another company able to do it? And why was this not sourced at 10am when I booked the job? Scam artists as far as I'm concerned, locking you in with a deposit and contract then unable to fulfill the job. And no I did not want to wait till the next day because that is not what I paid for or agreed to. POOR SERVICE COULD NEVER RECOMMEND
