Your service is very bad.Your engineer is is very very very bad at his behaviour. He is not a perfect professional and he is very very poor.

I lost the key to my Mercedes and contacted Car Keys Solutions for assistance. The people I spoke to on the telephone were friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The engineer who attended my call-out was prompt, efficient and professional. Fast service, key worked first time ...however call centre quoted me incorrect price for work, so make sure you get confirmation of correct price before going ahead with anything!

Very impressed indeed. Popped in without an appt to get a new key - entered the building with a dud key and left with a new one. Very good personal service and they checked the key thoroughly before I left. In and out in about 45mins with no appt? Ace.

Great service. I had an Immobilizer installed on my car at the South Norwood branch and the installer Alexis was great. Install was quicker than originally estimated and I was in and out very quickly. Alexis took the time to make sure that I fully understood how to use the Ghost 2 kit and helped with videos going through the set up and maintenance features. Ignore the noise, the team at South Norwood were friendly, helpful and gave a very prompt same day service. Would highly recommend

It was a good experience as the expert that attended was professional and friendly however there is a question that my car insurance company does not recognise the immobiliser and this has not been resolved.

The person who dealt with my need for new car keys was ok. However the service was poor. He spent hours to find out that he did not have a key fob that worked. I spent hours waiting for the job to get done. It’s odd that the service thinks that customers time is free (hours for waiting for service) but company time is exorbitant. These people just screw you.
