Great service. Easy to arrange. Scheduled to suit me. Engineer was on time and was quick to produce my spare key. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice and answered all my questions.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the final product great, however, communication between front and back staff not good. Awful confusion as to arrival times, which wasn't helpful and wasted so much of my time. However, all in all good service.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic except one thing...the locksmith who came was extremely grumpy and rude and we almost felt like he was racist. He also started dealing with someone else who saw his van and came to enquire in the middle of our job! We did not like his attitude and feel like he needs some customer service training.

Got my car key sorted very quickly and the engineer was very transparent in showing me how he removed the lost key from the car . Overall wss a good service but I was disappointed with the communication of the administrator as my appointment was set for 5pm to 17pm and the engineer showed up at 8:15pm after I was told by engineer he will arrive at 6pm . So this is why I’m giving 3 stars for lack of communication that I experienced.

Amazing company and the engineer was really good and amazing work

The whole process was quick, simple and straightforward. No catches or glitches and I got a new key indistinguishable from the old one - just less worn. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Good service but expensive

We had an appointment booked for a time and date, showed up on time for this appointment only to be told the materials needed were out of stock and hadn't been ordered. After 5 phonecalls with their office and being hung up on multiple times I was told we could cancel and get a refund. Only to have another call hours later asking why we hadn't shown up for our appointment, that it hadn't been canceled and the refund had not been discussed. I have had to go to my bank to do a charge back
