Very helpful

I lost both sets of keys for 2 Mercedes! Mercedes dealer insisted I bring cars to them for new keys, impossible. Local breakdown quoted £390 to carry cars 10 miles! CarKeysSolutions came to me, sorted it all out. Not cheaper really but way more convenient. Fast professional guys. All done with pukka Mercedes authorisations. Moral: make sure you have a spare key! It's hell if you lose both!

George went out of his way to fit my ghost a day early, once he arrived he cracked on and was done in no time, very clear on the settings and also linked my phone to system also very clean and damage free service

Although the technician engineer was good and customer service very responsive and the installation professional my name and my email address was spelled wrong so had to change that and point it out. Other than that it looks like the job done good and the arrangement for installation fast no complaints.

It is now 11.30pm. this crowd of cowboys have been setting off a car alarm outside my bedroom window since 7pm. The 'engineer' reckons it is nothing to do with him and reckons after 4 hours of near continously alarms I should be asking him nicely to refrain from doing so. Of course he does not take into consideration that he is severely impacting on the nighttime amenity of the street and that he is not entitled to simply disregard anyone else (and the law re noise).

Excellent service

Substandard service from the call centre. engineer arrived 2 hours late. Call staff gave me misinformation as to the delay in the engineers arrival time. I will never use this company again.

Excellent service. The engineer arrived on time after a quick heads-up of his arrival. He tested our old key thoroughly and eventually identified the actual issue being a fault in the car itself. He was then able to show us how to get it back up and running, which saved us from missing a crucial journey the next day. This is one delighted returning customer.

After doing some research I've decided to call Car Key Sollutions. Vincent sent me plenty of information and answered all my questions. From the moment I've made my decision to having an Engineer to my place it was a matter of few hours. Daniel was amazing. Despite the fact that my car was a bit of a challenge, he took time and installed the device. He then explained several times how the device work.
