Arrived within 1-week of purchase from NL to UK. You can actually track the order (contrary to other reviews on here), by clicking on the shipping reference number within the order confirmation order. I was text by parcel force an hour before delivery. Trainers arrived, double boxed, good condition, and correct size, etc. I would use / purchase again from Oqium.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from them package received but to my surprise empty without an invoice or my pair of sneakers! I contacted customer service who warned me that they will conduct an investigation with the carrier I hope to have a quick response from them otherwise I would be forced to file a complaint at the police station for scam! Given the time it takes I want to buy a pair of sneakers from them but I'm really afraid of suffering the scam a second time in a row!!!

Watch the return costs!!! I have ordered basketball shoes with free shipping to Germany. Unfortunately, the shoes were a bit too small. I wanted to return the shoes, but oquim wanted me to pay 8,95 EUR for the shipment. The unfriendly customer service referred to the "return policies". In my opinion: You can't offer free shipment without free return services. Especially for clothing. Since oquim did not offer any alternative solution, 1 star. Make sure you want to keep the article, that you want to buy, otherwise: no recommendation.
