After I checked out my order, days after I received an email that my other pair of shoes was cancelled due to inventory error. Second time in a row. No compensation. And I’m confuse to get more pairs.

Have ordered shoes in the offer. Allegedly a technical defect and the shoes would be sold out. In the store but the shoes are still to order at normal price

Online enkele sneakers besteld, 2 paar gehouden en 2 paar geretourneerd wegens te klein op eigen kosten via hun retourbeleid. Ondertussen een maand verder en niets vernomen van de terugbetaling. Niet na diverse mails en niet via paypal klacht. Waardeloos

The shoes are defective I sent 2 emails ( with photo) and rang the phone number 5 times over a few days but no answer or message machine It seems they don’t take returns of defective products

I was very pleased with the fast delivery, but it was quite expensive. Wide selection of basketball shoes and very good prices.

The website it's a bit slow in getting updates, especially from the smartphone. The delivery time has to be improved, but the communication is working. There's space for improvements!

Toujours rien reçu commander le 21 avril et on est le 15 mai. Sans nouvelle du colis et de la part d' Oqium je demande un remboursement au plus vite.

Took almost a week to send the package. Then dhl damaged the package so have not yet delivered it. It’s almost three weeks later now! I have written to Oqium twice, and they have not even replied!
