Good prizes, delivery took some days but no problem for us

Right, so I didn’t give 5 stars because it took nearly 2 weeks to get delivered (6 days to even dispatch). After I ordered I got a confirmation then nothing for another week, which is always a cause for concern. Add to that I sent an email shortly after ordering that no one replied to. I’ve given 4 because the product was delivered double boxed and I’m easily pleased, but the communication really wasn’t great. In the time between placing my order and receiving it I got at least 6 marketing emails but no one could be bothered to read or reply to my email that I had sent. That’s not a great look. Probs will order again if necessary but I will likely look elsewhere first.

Everything ok with this purchase apart from the fact that I was not given any indication on the expected date of arrival just a short notice that the delivery will delay due to high number of orders. Eventually it took 9 days which was ok-ish.

Product not delivered. Follow up on missing delivery suspect. Not happy. If I don't hear anything in the next few days, then I will report as fraud.

Very poor customer service Removed the main item from my order, the delivery company they use is a super cheap one : had my parcel delivered on the next day in a shop and they delivered 2 days after

I didn’t receive my shoes

Shoes paid, but they didn‘t arrive me, so sad. But i get my money back. The shoes went back to the seller with no reason given

Kennzeichnet es bitte vor dem Kauf besser, dass man für den Rückversand selber bezahlen muss, und es für diesen nur eine Option gibt (DPD international?!?). Finde es sehr sehr dreist das es bei einem Rückversand nur eine einzige Versandoption für 9€ gibt. Wenn ich als Käufer selbst für den Rückversand zuständig bin sollte ich auch nicht an etwas gebunden sein. Ich habe jetzt 9€ für genau gar nichts bezahlt, was als Student sehr schmerzt. Würde mich über eine Rückerstattung freuen, nach welcher ich auch die Bewertung des Shops verbessern würde.
