I returned a pair of shoes, because they were too large on 21 April. The package seems to be delivered to Oqium on 26 April. I wrote the first mail asking if the shoes arrived on 4 May, four further mails the following days. No response and no money until now. Really disappointing.

Hello, the delivery of the product was quite quit and ok. But I sent you request to change the size (from L to XL). You replied to me, that the changes was applied, but I received the L, not XL size.

I recommend everyone not to go in contract with this company! They have sent too small shoes and they are not answering until 2 weeks about that issue! Unbelievable!

I gave 5 star because everything was ok the transport cost € 14,90 are too high considering that the shoes arrived after 10 days
