I’d like to thank Natalie and Caitlin for the support throughout the process. Must appreciate strong follow up skills of Natalie. As non UK resident and given the covid situation, it was really difficult to manage solicitors and lenders queries but Natalie had been kind enough in resolving all the matters at priority. After the handover, Caitlin was really helpful in furnishing the apartment and putting through with her colleagues for tenancy arrangements.

I would like to thank Caroline Ellis for keeping us informed during all the 2 years prior to hand-over: she has kept us informed all along the way.
